The project named “Green Rosette” forms part of the Development Scheme named “Viva”, the development whereof was initiated by Pact Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. (“PREPL”) (a K. Raheja Corp Group Co). PREPL and Feat Properties Pvt. Ltd. (now known as K Raheja Corp Real Estate Pvt. Ltd.) (“KRCREPL”) had filed a Company Scheme Application before the National Company Law Tribunal (Mumbai) (“NCLT”), which Scheme has been approved by NCLT on 3rd Jan 2024_ and has been made effective from 3rd Feb 2024 (“Effective Date”) and the residential business of PREPL as stated in the Scheme (which includes the Project) stands transferred on a going concern and continuity basis, without any disruption, unto KRCREPL/Promoter. The common amenities and facilities showcased are indicative images of the common amenities and facilities proposed to be provided for Viva at the time of its completion. The dimensions mentioned on the floor plans are as per the plans presently approved by the PMRDA (the Promoter reserves the right to vary the same in accordance with applicable laws, subject to final approval of the PMRDA).
